The 9 problems that can negatively impact an enterprise or project
That undertaking is difficult is no secret to anyone. And perhaps the hurdles imposed and the effort required are the main barriers for people to give up investing in projects, or even venturing into them before trying.
The essential thing when deciding to start a project or venture is knowing what to take care of. There are classic errors and frequent problems that can discourage or even cause or fail a project. And knowing what they are and how to avoid them is the key to healthy development.
1. Lack of planning
Leaping headlong into a project if programming is perhaps the most common mistake. It is necessary to evaluate the amount, time needed, objective, labor, among other factors that are essential in the healthy progress of a project. Mapping the course of your project clearly or at least the first steps cautiously may be what makes the difference between success and failure.

Possibly this term is related to the cost and monetary return of the project, since the funding is rarely unlimited and most of the time there is a time limit for starting to give back to the investor, even for the continuity of the project. When the deadline is not respected and the return does not happen, the result starts to be negative and generate financial problems that can make it impossible to continue development and generate a possible project stop, wasting all the time invested.
2. Late changes
Possibly, this problem will be the result of a poorly planned project, but sometimes it can only be a consequence of an indecisive client or a body of investors with different ideas.
When a project or project is planned, everything that will be done will be included, in how much time, how much it will cost and all the other details related to its development. This is the basis of a project, and everything else is connected to it.

4. Listening to little or too many external opinions
When developing a project it is normal that there are several types of people involved. The creator, perhaps a client, developers, designers, investors and etc. .. And one thing we can bet on and that everyone will have an opinion on the right way to go. A healthy project is one that everyone has voice but only the administrator has the final voice. It is a classic case where not finding a positive middle ground between opinions can be the ruin of a satisfactory outcome.
After all, not listening to anyone can generate blindness to possible problems that are clear to others, but not so much to the project manager or improvement opportunities that would be differential in the venture but will eventually not be made.

5. Lack of communication
This major mistake of almost everything in life is not absent when it comes to building a project. Lack of communication at any level can generate various problems in the course of developing something.
Let’s say you have a well-planned project with well-distributed functions, cost and deadlines in place, but at some point a change needs to be made in the design and is not communicated to all the sectors involved that continue to work in their roles as determined in the plan initial. 7. Lack of evaluation and monitoring of project development

9. Incorrect or non-existent marketing planning
Your project is flawless but no one knows that it exists, no use. And a crucial mistake that many people make is to leave marketing out of their planning base. When a project ends, it is time for it to be “launched” in the market and if the marketing is not done correctly or is left to be done only at that moment it may be that the incredible potential of your venture is not even discovered by potential clients / users.
Having a well-designed project without communicating efficiently is like having a store sound great products but no facade or showcase. If your audience is not well studied, your geographical target is not well defined, your approaching techniques are not effective among many other errors, your project will never reach without potential and may fail without any “mechanical” defect.
